Meet Audrey Gallagher

Audrey Gallagher brings more than 30 years of hands-on Human Resources leadership to every engagement. A graduate of Stetson University, Audrey began her career in Human Resources immediately after college and has spent decades building, leading, and improving HR operations across a wide range of industries.
She first developed her foundation in HR within the automotive dealership industry, where she spent nearly ten years managing both Human Resources and payroll operations, and also serving in an Assistant Controller capacity. In this role, Audrey helped streamline internal processes, strengthen operational accountability, rebuild trust in HR, and ensure the organization remained compliant with employment and payroll regulations. Her work required close coordination between HR, accounting, and executive leadership to support the day-to-day operations of a high-volume dealership environment.
Audrey later spent about a decade in the staffing industry, where she built and led comprehensive HR functions from the ground up. Her work included developing full onboarding programs, managing payroll and benefits administration, overseeing workers’ compensation programs, maintaining compliance, and helping other departments streamline and automate operational processes to improve efficiency across the organization.
She has also spent nearly eight years working in the healthcare space, including assisted living communities and hearing aid clinics, where compliance, patient care standards, and employee management intersect daily.
Throughout her career, Audrey has supported a wide variety of organizations — including call centers, consulting firms, remote workforces, and startup companies. She has helped businesses establish the HR infrastructure they need to launch, scale, and operate effectively, often building systems, policies, and processes from the ground up.
With this diverse background, Audrey understands the real-world challenges businesses face when it comes to managing people, staying compliant, and building sustainable operations. Through Morgan Gallagher Consulting, she now provides experienced, practical HR leadership to small and mid-sized businesses that need expert guidance without the cost or complexity of a full-time HR department.
